An engineer by profession, Vishweswara is a senior professional with over 17 years of International & Local experience in Property Management, Infrastructure Development, Facility Management, General Administration and Strategy & Business Development. He has played a major role in project planning & development, Contract Administration, Resource planning in compliance to International & Local Statutory, Quality and Environmental standards. He has served in large companies like Pfizer, Wipro, Aldar Properties, and Essar Realty etc., has been instrumental in setting up property and asset management teams across the companies and has brought in lot of innovation in facility management.
